Financial constraints: This has seen BTMSOA delaying in the construction of the Sports Village in Buhera which is a critical milestone. This constraint has seen us taking a limited number of athletes to camp at our HQ in Buhera for training sessions and other events even those outside the borders of Zimbabwe, as it also entails limited resources such as for accommodation, food, and even securing passports. Not only that, BTMSOA has also faced difficulties to secure proper sportswear for its team members, who already are limited on their personal capacities.
Poor power supply: Since our area has not yet been connected with electricity, this has made our communication with the world so limited and in most cases ineffective.
Poor network connectivity: As if the power constraint is not enough, our local mobile networks are failing us as they are in most cases poor to connect. Having a Wi-Fi portal would assist much.
Revenue source: Once B.T.M.S.O.A premises are fenced, it is a great opportunity for the school to work on a number of income-generating projects for self-sustainability.
Performance platforms: With the current records of B.T.M.S.O.A Athletes, ahead are opportunities for them here at home and internationally.
Positive impact to surrounding communities: Having the Sports Village built, this is a sure way of having a reachable and resourced center for impacting lives.
BTMSOA is now part of some of the global developmental projects, having registered as a Non-governmental Organization (NGO).
BTMSOA has BTMSOA Trust set to administer all its work. The board of BTMSOA Trustees is amazingly equipped with great expertise such as; Projects Management, Accounting, Legal, Agronomy and Pastoral. This is in an effort to make BTMSOA more effective in its service delivery per its objectives.
